If the application you use by us utilizes any of the devices like camera, microphone, etc any recordings are saved only to your device. We will never make a copy of any of your data. It remains with you and on your phone.

Milestones for the Aspexilary application suites

The popular Lite version of Air Traffic Control Status widget surpassed 10,000 downloads.  The paid version continues to do well and the addition of a battery meter has given people more reason to purchase boosting sales in recent weeks.

Cam GPS is an application specifically for the Motorola Backflip and Cliq users to provide GPS tagged photos.  Cam GPS surpassed 1000 downloads in its first two weeks despite the limited market.

We hope people continue to enjoy the usefulness of our Android apps.  We have more apps planned on the horizon for 2011.

GPS EXIF header capable Camera for Motorola Backflip & Cliq owners

The problem with the stock camera that comes on the Motorola Backflip & Cliq phones is they do not geo-tag photos in the EXIF headers.  This leaves Backflip & Cliq owners with GPS capable phones but no capability to geo-tag photos.

Therefore we have released 'Cam GPS' available immediately on the Android market.  This basic camera allows you to take photos that have the GPS coordinates embedded in the EXIF headers of the photo.  All photos are saved to /DCIM/Camera on the SD card.  The photos can then be copied from the phone using applications like Picasa or Flickr.

We will be updating the application and adding features such as zoom, forced flash, etc.

Edit Jan 5, 2011.  Uploaded v0.5beta which should significantly reduce memory usage and help alleviate the rebooting some phones (particularly rooted ROMs) were experiencing.  Please provide feedback!

Holiday $1.99 sale is on

No other reports than the FAA report that N90 is closed.  Approach to NYC area airports are at a STOP.

Lite version of the popular Air Traffic Control Status US widget is now available

With version 1.3 of the application the developers of Aspexilary have put out a lite version of the popular Air Traffic Control Status US used by frequent fliers, flight crews and people who spend a lot of time flying in and out of airports.  This version is just like the paid version except it has (a) advertisements and (b) a set refresh rate on the widget.  If you wish to eliminate the advertisements and be able to control the speed at which the widget refreshes then please support the developers and purchase the full version of the application.
